If you've caught a fish this year 20 lbs. or greater, and are interested in getting on-line recognition in our Forum and a nice 8x10 award /photo of your fish, just take a look at the rules and instructions below for how to submit an application.

1) All fish must be caught and released in Michigan waters.

2) Anglers are allowed to submit only one fish per year in each of the following weight categories:

• 20lb-24lb.15oz
• 25lb-29lb.15oz
• 30lb-34lb.15oz
• 35lb-39lb.15oz
• 40lb+

• First & Last Name of Angler
• Mailing address of Angler
• Weight of Fish (lbs. + oz. - Honor system applies. Please take care to account for the weight of your weigh sling, etc in your weight measurements).
• Picture of Angler with Fish in JPEG format
• Location Caught (Name of Lake or River - This information will only be used to validate entires.)
• Date Caught

Awards will be posted on MichiganCarp.com's Forum, located here. Award winners will also receive a custom 8x10 certificate with an included photo of their fish. If you are interested in receiving a JPEG picture of your award electronically, note so in your application. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
